Terrible experience with this shop, they have a website that according to them is a separate company but they direct you to said site on their receipt. But if you purchase is store they won’t refund and will only exchange or credit note and this is only stated on a tiny frame not next to the till or in your eye-line. We haven’t refund in 24 year they said like it was something to be proud of. The guy serving was arrogant as he said I could refund but choose not to.
