We recently approached Castle Locks for a spare key for a FIAT 500, we were told conflicting information and the work was never carried out properly. We arranged to visit them at the shop and was told to arrive at a specified time, we called when we were on the way only to find shop closed. WSe called and were met with very rude response. We were told that they had decided to leave early and not to service our needs. So we have no key and are going elsewhere which is what I would highly recommend any prospective customer to do. The worst service I have seen in many years.
