l just rang up for details on their mobile phones and was not very pleased to be asked my name! l gave my first name but was then asked for my surname , which l did NOT give !!! Cannot understand why they are doing this but the young lady who answered the phone assumed l was already a customer. l still find it very strange though, if l ring up Debenhams, M and S or Sainsburys no one asks questions like like and l would like to know the reason for that as it is very off putting, l doubt l would buy anything there now, nosy company, they like to protect their data, l like to protect mine !!
