Very pleased with this service , Tony picked all severn of us and all the bags on time and very impressed with the mini-bus as brand new , clean and tidy , took us to Southend Airport and dropped us off close to the departure lounge without any fuss. Collection was just as good as our flight was delayed but phoned him when we were waiting for our bags but he was outside waiting for us to take us home Very impressed with whole experience as don’t normally get a pick up but will definitely do it again. Good job Tony
